What to Expect (continued)

...as a new patient, you will need to fill out new patient paperwork.  Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to provide time for this, or download the paperwork and fill it out at home and bring to your first visit.  If you prefer, you are welcome to bring a family member or friend with you.  Dr. Ragan will then meet with you to discuss your current condition as well as your past medical history.  Based upon this conversation, she will perform an examination tailored to determine the cause of your complaint.  Dr. Ragan will then discuss your diagnosis and treatment options and administer your agreed upon treatment plan.  You will have a personalized plan that may include such therapies as manual adjustments, rehabilitation exercises, and nutritional counseling.  Please allow 45-60 minutes for your first visit with Dr. Ragan.  Follow-up visits will range from 15-45 minutes depending upon your condition.

Financial Policy—Ragan Chiropractic Clinic, P.C. has chosen to be an out-of-network provider at this time.  Further, we do not accept assignment of benefits for insurance at this time.  Therefore, please note that payment is due at time of service unless further financial arrangements have been made.  We offer a variety of payment plans for your convenience.  Ragan Chiropractic Clinic, P.C. will be happy to generate the appropriate insurance filing forms for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider directly.  You will be responsible for mailing in the forms, but the insurance check will come directly to you.  While it may be unconventional, this choice allows us to keep our expenses manageable and to pass those savings on to you in the form of lower service rates.  Ragan Chiropractic Clinic, P.C. will gladly offer any assistance necessary with this process.
